MEET OUR CORDOVA THE TOWN BOARD
Jason C. Pelfrey, President
Jason works for the pulmonary hypertension division of Jansen Pharmaceuticals as Senior Territory Manager. Jason is responsible for sales in Memphis and the surrounding areas. He has over 20 years of medical sales experience, along with experience as a firefighter and paramedic. Jason has lived in Cordova the Town for over 20 years. He is married to his wife, Ashley, and has two Yorkshire Terriers, Max and Charlie.
Mike Bunyard, Vice President
Mike has been married for over 51 years and has two grown children and four grandgirls. He was an Executive Healthcare Professional for 35 years and a Retired Army MSC Colonel (30 Years). Mike enjoys music and concerts, plays the piano and keyboards, likes to sing and follow Ole Miss Sports. He played USTA and VOLVO Tennis for 30+ years and had a State of Mississippi and Southern Tennis Association Age-ranking for many of those years. Mike speaks Italian, Spanish, and German.
Ashley Washington, Secretary
Ashley serves in Marketing Operations at ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she applies Project Management Professional (PMP®)-certified expertise in strategic planning and operational excellence. A resident of CTT since November 2021, Ashley lives with her husband of 18 years, Marcus, their 13-year-old daughter McKenzie, and their Doberman, Duke.
Dennis Hughes, Treasurer
Born at a very early age and determined to stay as young as possible, Dennis and his spouse, Cindy found their way to CTT chasing their son and his family. They were fortunate to acquire the Peterson home and embraced it as their own. Winding up the active work portion of life's journey allows for involvement in the HOA Board and contributing to maintaining the community as we all know and enjoy. Having various and varied professional experiences, as well as other community board positions should provide for a positive contribution to the CTT HOA Board
Charnique Walker, Board Member
Charnique has resided in Cordova the Town for the last two and a half years, where she relocated to Memphis after 13 years in the San Francisco Bay area. Professionally, Charnique works in the tech sector as an Executive Sales Training and Development Strategist. Outside of work, you will see her walking her Shih Tzu, Jazz, around the neighborhood, cooking her authentic New Orleans for, or traveling to cool destinations.
Wayne Headley, Board Member
Wayne built his house in CTT eight years ago. He and his wife, Mary, have four grown children and 11 grandchildren and have loved living in our neighborhood. Wayne has served on the HOA Board before, holding the office of President for two years, as well as serving on the Architectural Review Board; he enjoys working with the Board to help make CTT the best it can be to keep our property values up. Professionally, Wayne has dedicated his life to construction and has been in business for 52 years.
